Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are handcrafted by artisans in the state of Chiapas, Mexico. They are then shipped to warehouses in Mexico City and Toronto to consolidate orders before being delivered to your door.
Do you ship to Mexico and Canada?
Yes, purchases located in Canada are shipped from Toronto. Purchases from Mexico are shipped from Mexico City.
What shipping carriers do you work with?
We work hard to make sure your package travels safely and reaches you as quickly as possible. Your order will be shipped using the carrier that best serves its destination. Some of our options include: DHL, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, or Correos de México.
What is the return policy?
